Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)
This skilled visa lets you stay in Australia permanently. To apply for this visa, you need to hold a substantive visa or a bridging visa A, B or C.
You can add family in your application at the time of lodgment or you can include them before the decision of your visa.
You can apply for this visa inside or outside of Australia but you must not be in immigration clearance.

Register interest with a EOI (expression of interest) in SkillSelect.

You must be nominated or invited for this visa by an Australian state/ territory. This will occur after registering an EOI.

Declare that you have a suitable skills assessment at the time of invitation. (Obtained within the 3 years before the date of your invitation.)

Be under age 45.

Speak competent English.

As of July 2022, the processing times are between 4 to 10 months. To streamline the process, make sure you have uploaded all necessary information for the case officer to assess your application without any delays.
You will need a minimum of 65 points to pass, but you may be invited quicker if your points are higher.
